1. Sr. Marketing Associate, Portfolio Campaign Management - (Riverwoods, IL)

Position has primary responsibility for end-to-end planning for the entire marketing campaign process including campaign strategy implementation, scheduling and documentation. Incumbent is liaison to Marketing and Business Technology business partners to ensure all campaign goals are executed timely, efficiently, and error-free. Manages campaign schedules for daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly marketing campaigns for assigned business units. Other responsibilities include new campaign set up; campaign troubleshooting, CBB/promo offer set ups and establishes service level agreements.

RESPONSIBILITIES 25% Managing 15-30 campaigns on a monthly basis including strategy implementation, scheduling and documentation 20% Includes development of campaign schedules throughout the month and ensures that all data sources and elements are available for coding 20% Work with Marketing business partners to achieve desired campaign results. Schedule monthly campaign meetings with business partners to identify new and existing campaign developments. Scope of new campaigns and establish contact management rules for campaigns as well as troubleshoot campaign issues. 15% Work with technology business partners to identify new campaign elements and sources. Conduct weekly meetings with technology for production and development campaigns. 10% Manage and develop campaign workflow and plan and provide status updates to management on a weekly basis. Track and measure key process metrics for all campaigns, identifying trending, deficiencies, and process improvements. 10% Assist with training of new staff personnel. Assist with documentation of standard operating procedures, service levels and workflow.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree required. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years direct marketing experience, preferable campaign management experience with Campaign Management software. Experience with leading cross functional workgroups. SQL and SAS experience preferred. Experience with relational databases preferred. 2. Marketing Project Manager, Campaign Management - (Riverwoods, IL)

Manage campaign processing for Acquisition campaigns using company's Prospect Database/grid infrastructure from all channels and products. This manager role requires a strong working knowledge of campaign management processing, ability to lead teams, manage multiple channels simultaneously and support new acquisition business initiatives. The manager will also be responsible for delivering timely campaigns as well as developing and tracking process improvements and efficiencies to the campaign production schedules. Manages a team of 2-3 personnel. Significant amount of interaction and leading teams with internal and external business partners. Serves as interface between client and external third party processor.

RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for the overall management and execution of weekly and monthly Acquisition Marketing campaigns generated out of Prospect database grid solution. Campaign processing includes various lines of business and may manage more than 1 line of business; Business areas will include a subset of the following: Pre-Approved, DPL, Triggers and new PDB initiatives. * Enhance and enforce Acquisition campaign management processes and develop best practices. Ensure campaign documentation is kept up to date including milestones, workflow, campaign procedures, change management, campaign process reporting. Develop process improvements for campaigns and track /measure success factors. * Lead workgroup meetings with Marketing, Risk, Production, Modeling, Telemarketing and third party processor to help teams meet or exceed acquisition campaign goals. Ensure new process changes have thoroughly defined and agreed upon transition and implementation plans. * Manage and support all new campaign product and campaign initiatives, serving as campaign management expert. Manage new project initiatives including processing strategy, leading workgroup meetings, establishing project requirements and process technical design. * Management of prospect database infrastructure connectivity and systems support for all internal teams accessing and utilizing database and grid technology. Act as primary interface between client and external service provider on technical aspects for PDB. * Management of Change Management process ' working with assigned business partners to set priorities and establish requirements, level of effort and implementation timeframes on all assigned tickets. * Management of staff includes weekly status updates, team meetings, timely performance evaluations, training and development plans. Management of staff also includes assigning projects, establish individual priorities and daily work efforts. Works with staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues timely. * Assist vendor in the installation, configuration, and implementation and updates/enhancements of company's end-user environment to include tools selection, installation, client network and operations system configuration, data mart and/or universe creations, prototyping, performance monitoring and turning. * Review database applications, backup processes, maintenance requirements, and disaster recovery plans and execution. * Troubleshoot system issues including, but not limited to, database loads, connectivity, file transfers, etc.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 6-8 years of Marketing and database experience preferably in credit card or financial services industry. * Minimum of 4-5 years experience management experience, managing internal and external business partners and staff. * Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external business partners. Must be able to communicate technical process in a simple and straightforward way. Ability to report and present to Senior Management. * Detail oriented, experience working with customer or prospect databases. * Strong project management and leadership skills required.

3. Sr. Director, Sales Strategy and Support - (Baltimore, MD or Home Office)

The Sr. Director, Sales Strategy defines sales strategies, product positioning and messaging for prospect client's to aid the company in achieving its client acquisition goals. The ideal candidate will work directly and in partnership with senior level Sales professionals to understand prospective client's business environment, goals and objectives and adapt company's product's set to meet the client's unique needs.
The Sr. Director, Sales Strategy and Support requires extensive experience marketing new and emerging products, defining prospective client needs and translating product features and benefits into a client facing value proposition. Candidate must have previous experience supporting Sales professionals, marketing new products (preferably payment related) along with the ability to interface externally and present / communicate directly with client's. Candidate must be able to create and support the use of Sales and Marketing tools externally and gather relevant facts and data to support sales marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities:
Work with Sales to gather financial related facts and data necessary to understand the client's business environment, goals and objectives and key business strategies.
Identify "C" or vice-president level contacts within prospective client's organization and assist in crafting sell-in strategies and materials that create client demand and product interest. Candidates may make direct contact with prospective client's as directed.
Define prospective merchant go-to-market Sales strategies including industry specific value proposition, product messaging, and related Sales materials.
Provide front line Sales support to enable product delivery including: merchant meeting and conferences, answering questions from the field, developing and refining product messaging/ value proposition, attending executive level trade shows and developing client proposals. Work with Product to refine the product suite including providing input to prioritization of product enhancement requests, Input to timing of release planning, develop and present product training

Knowledge & Skills:
Ideally, the successful candidate for this position will have all the following:
10+years of sales / business development and b2b product marketing related experience
Entrepreneurial attitude with advanced leadership and strategic thinking skills
Strong collaborative skills and a team-oriented focus for accomplishing goals.
Proven track record of creating and driving client acquisition strategies and analyzing new market opportunities
Proven track record of working with a high-caliber sales team to create and deliver whitepapers, presentations, ROI tools, etc.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both non-technical and technical audiences
Strong technical understanding of eCommerce/Internet and payment architectures and technologies. Financial services / credit card payment knowledge/experience a plus.
